The redesign newsletter leverages a learning principle called 'Inductive Learning' wherein the traditional learning sequence of 'Theory -> Examples -> Practice' is rearranged to 'Example -> Theory -> Practice'.
I've realized that this is my favourite way of sharing knowledge (it's also very much the most effective way of learning for myself).
I used to do these redesign for Flux Academy's Instagram stories and they were very well received. I'm excited to kickstart this initiative and build a community and many conversations around it.
